UNCHAIND started with a simple frustration: finding a bar that fits clean eating and a full life — without feeling like a compromise. It didn't exist. So I'm building it.

Every reservation lands in my own inbox. Every update is written by me. If something goes wrong, you'll hear it from me — not from a support department.
The founders decide — literally. In the survey after reserving, you tell us how important protein is to you and which features the bar should have. If protein is the clear preference, Batch 001 becomes a protein-rich bar; if not, we build the composition founders actually ask for. Every final number is locked, certified and published in full before delivery — you know exactly what you're eating before anything ships.
An email list proves nothing — anyone can put their name on a list. A €3 reservation shows who really wants the bar, and that's exactly what decides whether Batch 001 goes into production. Your risk is zero: the €3 is the full price of your first bar, stays fully refundable until delivery, and one email is enough to get it back. If the batch doesn't happen, everything is refunded automatically.

UNCHAIND never sees or stores your payment details; the entire transaction runs through Stripe's secured environment. Your bank statement will show UNCHAIND BATCH001, so you always recognise the charge. Refunds run through the same channel, back to the account or card you paid with.
The target is within six months of the pre-sale closing — to be confirmed. The honest version: this is a first-ever production run, and steps like organic certification and production depend on parties outside our control. If the timeline moves, you hear it directly by email, with the reason and the new date. And because your €3 stays refundable until delivery, you can step out at any point.
Then everyone automatically receives a full refund — no form, no questions, no chasing required. That's the deal: your maximum risk in this entire pre-sale is €0 after the refund. The current direction of the recipe contains nuts. But like everything about Batch 001: it's only final after the founder survey and certification. Before a single bar ships, the full allergen information is locked and printed on the label, in line with European food law. Do you have a specific allergy? Batch 001 ships in the Netherlands first — that's where UNCHAIND starts. Wider EU delivery depends on where founders are: in the survey after reserving you tell us where you live, and with enough demand we extend the first delivery. Living outside the Netherlands and reserving anyway? The same guarantee applies: if we can't deliver to you, you get your €3 back in full.
