These terms apply to reservations made via unchaind.pages.dev with UNCHAIND, a trade name of André Madeira, KvK 97170305, the Netherlands ("UNCHAIND", "we"). Contact: hello@unchaind.nl.
A €3 reservation entitles you to one bar from Batch 001 — UNCHAIND's first production run — once produced and delivered. The €3 is the intended full price of the first bar (final price confirmed before delivery; if lower, we refund the difference; if higher, founders still pay €3).
Batch 001 is a product in development. The final recipe, nutrition values, allergens and certifications are locked, certified and published before delivery. Statements on the website about composition refer to the intended final recipe. The intended organic certification runs through Skal Biocontrole (NL).
You can cancel your reservation at any time before delivery, for any reason, without forms or justification: one email to hello@unchaind.nl is enough. You receive the full amount back via your original payment method. This goes beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal right and does not replace it — your legal rights remain fully intact.
If Batch 001 cannot be produced or delivered, every reservation is automatically refunded in full, with no action required from you.
The delivery target is within six months of the pre-sale closing; this is an indication, not a guarantee. Delays are communicated by email with the reason and new date. Batch 001 ships in the Netherlands first; wider EU delivery depends on demand.
Payments run through Stripe (iDEAL or card). Your statement will show UNCHAIND BATCH001.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection.
